Additional Property Attributes

Property was redeveloped as a laundromat and coffee house. The cost of redevelopment is not known, as private funds were used.

Former Use: This commercial property consists of two small buildings and limited land which operated as a dry cleaners from 1956-2002. In April 2006, NH DES Waste Management Division received a report that an underground tank containing dry cleaning solvent was found to be leaking during the preparation for the removal of the tanks. The tanks were revoved, but the presence of high PID readings and petroleum contaminants were detected during the removal. The current owner is incapacitated, but there is a potential buyer, if the property is environmentally clean.
