Additional Property Attributes

The Property is an irregularly-shaped parcel which consists of three separate buildings (607/609, 610 and 614), one large concrete pad area (former building slab) used for parking and an unoccupied grass lot. The off-site property to the east (former Mechanics Laundry, VRP No. 69080705 is a REC. In fact, one protective metal sheet cover monitoring well in conjunction with the Former Mechanics Laundry facility is located west-central portion of the unoccupied grass field at the Property. It appears that dissolved volatile organic compounds (VOC) concentrations have been detected in the groundwater from this monitoring well location. Several soil borings were also advanced along the west, east, and south areas of Lot 4 with a majority containing dissolved VOC concentrations. Additionally, it is unknown if the former Lafayette Metal Processors located at the south side of the Property may also have contributed possible subsurface impairment due to past operating activities.
