Additional Property Attributes

The Laborers Hall is a single-story brick structure built for the Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 252. The union represents primarily construction and utility workers. The university made some basic updates to the building in 2010 and now uses part of it for a student health center in partnership with Franciscan Medical Center. The remaining space is leased for retail.
