Additional Property Attributes

The Property is discussed in a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (671 pages including appendices) issued by HWS to the EPA in July 2008. Phase II field work including soil borings and lab data, and ACM sampling and lab data is completed. Phase II report is written but not yet reviewed and presented to City of Harvard representatives and the public.

Former Use: Former McPeck Dry Cleaners facility during the 1940-60s. The Property is currently vacant. Various commercial uses prior to circa 1940 and post circa 1970.
