Additional Property Attributes

Phase I included env. survey of LBP, mold & asbestos. Estimated costs for needed asbestos abatement about 140,000. Oklahoma City Community College considering options for reuse of building. RlF grant recieved from OKC 7/2010 for abatement. OCCC intends reuse of building as campus extension.

Former Use: historic resources indicate the property was vacant until at least 1948 when used for commercial purposes. The property includes a one story and two story building joined together and currently occupied by the Chirstmas Connections. Propety was a former Katz drug store and Lanston's depatrment store that closed uring 1970's or 80's. Buildings known to contain asbestos, and visible mold.
