Based on the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a Phase II Environmental Assessment was recommended. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment was performed on the Adland Engraving Company Property and completed in May, 2009. Lead was identified in the groundwater, above the statewide standard. However, based on a groundwater ordinance within the city, which prohibits the use of groundwater in private consumption, no further investigation or remedial actions are recommended.
