Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of 3 acres of land with a tank pit, former dispenser island, concrete block retaining wall, and two rock and stone retaining walls.

Former Use: The property was developed with a tank pit, former dispenser island, concrete block retaining wall and two rock and stone retaining walls. Two 8,000 gallon USTs were closed in place and remain on the property. Historical activities associated with a gasoline station may have impacted the soil and groundwater beneath the property. The property is not currently occupied. According to historical records, the site appears to have been residential prior to 1940, served as residential property and a small grocery store between 1940 and 1980, and then developed as a convenience store and gas station from the 1980s to at least 1999. The building on site was demolished in the early 2000s.
