Additional Property Attributes

The historical on-site structures in the 1950's and 1960's appeared to be residential homes except for one larger and longer building along the northern edge of the site. Based on the consultants review of aerial photography, it was difficult to discern whether the structure was a duplex triplex, or some type of small warehouse or shop. Consequently, because no information was obtained to identify the specific use of the structure, the City of Tucson may wish to conduct a geophysical survey to identify the potential for underground features such as historical septic systems, water wells or USTs to exist. On October 28, 2009 the Citys consultant completed a geophysical survey of the site to identify any potential historical septic systems, water wells or USTs. Two anomalies were discovered however the magnitude of these anomalies does not fall in the expected range for typical USTs or septic tanks. Prior to the site being redeveloped it is recommended these areas be excavated.

Former Use: Currently used as parking lot for low income housing unit/mainly residental use with a potential warehouse use on a portion of the property/ Secretary of HUD Housing and Urban Development
