Additional Property Attributes

Hydraulic oil from the elevator reservoir appears to have leaked onto the floor, beneath the floor tiles. The building structure could possess lead-based paint and/or asbestos containing materials, based on the fact the building was constructed prior to 1981. Unused asbestos-containing shingles were identified on the floor of the basement boiler room, and should be properly disposed. Fluorescent light ballasts may utilize PCB-containing fluids, and should be inspected/assessed as the ballasts or fixtures are removed for disposal. Mold was observed on walls in a basement hallway, and should be addressed to preclude a more serious issue from occurring. There were some water stains on several ceiling tiles on first and second floors of the structure. Staining was also observed on the carpet and several floor tiles on the second floor.
