Additional Property Attributes

The property is located on the south side of Key Highway and north of Harvey Street. Formerly the home of Main Steel, the site has been industrial since the 1920s and been used for steel polishing, metal fabrication and production until 2009.

Former Use: From 1937 until present, the site has been used in the steel industry. The current owner of the property plans for a multistory medical office building with first floor retail. The property was enrolled in the MD Voluntary Cleanup Program in 2002 and received a No Further Requirements Determination in 2003.
