This property is a junkyard that is up for tax deeding. There is also an apartment on the property that Northwood has d unfit for occupancy. DES is working with the Town to evaluate property liabilities before the Town decides to take the property for taxes.

Former Use: The properties are owned by Canterbury Farm LLC/David Venditti. The properties were previously owned by the Fife Family Revocable Trust. The larger of the two properties is used for auto repair and as a junkyard. The smaller lot appears to be undeveloped. DES is meeting on 9/18/2012 with the town of Northwood to discuss taking this parcel for taxes.
