Former Use: vacant lot/adjacent to automotive services station and lot used as vehicle parking lot/ Harrington Sterling LLC

This site (1040 N 9th Avenue) together with 1029 N Stone Avenue and 1032 N 9th Avenue has been in the possession of Stone Corridor Partners since at least 2013. The Stone Corridor Partners property as a whole consists of six parcels (APNs 117-02-138C, 117-02-136C, 117-02-1410, 117-02-142B, 117-02-142C, 117-02-143B). The site is currently a vacant lot.
A portion of the site (Lot 6 and 7) is located 250 feet west of North Stone Avenue and the remainder (Lot 8 and southern portion of Lot 5) adjoins North Stone Avenue, a historic transit route into Tucson.
In 2023, the City of Tucson is considering to buy the site for redevelopment with low-income housing.
