Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is currently unoccupied. It has been most recently used as a Culligan water conditioning sales and service establishment providing water softening equipment and supplies for residential and commercial water softeners. The business was located at the property from 1999 to 2010. Historically, the site was established as a gasoline filling station and served in that capacity until its conversion to an auto repair facility. It is reported that the underground storage tanks were removed prior to 1993. Other uses on the property included a rubber-vulcanizing establishment.
