Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Property appears to be vacant/possibly a parking lot on a 1991 aerial photo. The car wash building was erected on the site in 1996. The subject property is occupied by a custom car care service. No auto repair or similar mechanical work is performed on the property. A parking lot on the property is rented to a dairy products distributor for truck parking. Site improvements include a single 30' by 40' slab on grade building with 12 foot walls. The lot dimensions are 100' by 145' and all surfaces are concrete or bituminous paved.
