Vacant Property. Phase II summary was conducted to provide cleanup estimates for redevelopment of the property. Developer interest has been expressed over the years, however uncertainty of the amount of contamination present on the property has prevented action. Due to the results of the Phase II assessment, it is estimated that between $100,000 -$110,000 would be needed to remediate the property if risk-based corrective action measures are used.

Former Use: Various agricultural businesses were located on the site between 1930 and 1979. The property became completely vacant in 1990 up to the present date.
