Former Use: Known historical activities at the site include ORV/ATV sales and service, used car sales, forklift repair, ice cream store, residential. A single family structure is on the site and a single story building used for ORV/ATV sales. The ORV/ATV retail store burned several years ago. Both structures are currently vacant.
