Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is a 1.28-acre parcel of land used as an automobile salvage yard. It is bounded to the north by an open field, with Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy railroad CBQR tracks and Indian Creek beyond to the east by CBQR tracks, with undeveloped land beyond to the south by Grant Street, with a fuel storage yard beyond and to the west by Indian Creek, with undeveloped land beyond.
