Property Highlights

Former Use: The site was historically undeveloped and used for the extraction of sand and gravel in the late 1960s/early 1970s. The site is currently wooded with several paths created by foot traffic from adjacent residential areas to a retail plaza. Evidence of unauthorized dumping of solid waste was observed at the site during assessment activities. December 2010 cleanup activities included excavation and off-site disposal of approximately 12 cubic yards of soil containing PAH.
