Additional Property Attributes

The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: In 1958, the subject property was contained in the southwest portion of an agricultural field. Between 1958 and 1967, a baseball field was built on the subject property. Between 1967 and 1972, a small rectangular structure was constructed southwest of the baseball field. Between 1972 and 1980, the baseball field and associated structure were removed. The property is now vacant and undeveloped.
