Additional Property Attributes

Historically the site has primarily been used for farming activities, mainly cattle, since 1900. The property owner needs a new Phase I ESA for recertification in the Missouri Department of Economic Development Certified Sites Program. Site was not occupied during site visit and consists of fallow farmland (crop stubble), with small portion of Innovation Drive located on the northern portion of the site. The 2009 Phase I site assessment found no recognized environmental conditions (RECs). The business park now is strongly supported by the city and future use is sell the tract in its entirety or smaller lots for light industrial or warehouse projects. The development of this site provides both local and prospective businesses a place to locate their facilities.
