Additional Property Attributes

This property is a former sawmill. Fill containing lead shot, containers of petroleum, potentially a UST and a limited area of PCBs in the area of a former transformer are RECs. EPA's emergency removal program has successfully addressed the lead shot and PCB issues. Brownfields work has been suspended during the removals program work.
