Additional Property Attributes

This assessment has revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: In 1958, the property consisted of undeveloped native desert land. Between 1972 and 1980, the subject property was graded. Between 1980 and 1990, a commercial structure and an asphalt parking lot were constructed on the property. The parking lot was resurfaced between 2002 and 2005. In 2009, the central portion of the subject property is occupied by a structure which is used by Aqua Star International LLC as a warehouse and gym. The warehouse has a loading dock on the north and west perimeter and the eastern portion of the subject property is used for storage.
