Additional Property Attributes

This assessment has revealed no evidence of any recognized environmental condition in connection with the property. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.

Former Use: Aerial photography indicates the subject property was used for residential purposes sometime prior to 1958 and that the residences were demolished sometime between 1958 and 1967, at which time vehicles began being stored on the subject property. Between 1967 and 1972 the vehicles were removed. The subject property remained vacant and undeveloped until September 2007 when a permit was issued for a modular office. That structure is located in the northwest portion of the subject property and the remainder of the property is currently vacant and undeveloped. The completion of this ESA will assist in future redevelopment of the site, primarily for commercial uses.
