Additional Property Attributes

Based on the Phase I ESA findings, a Phase II ESA was recommended. Based on the data collected during the Phase II BTA , it is recommended that the landowner current or prospective place a land use restriction on the property to ensure the property will not be used as a residential property in the future and to restrict the use of the groundwater beneath the property for domestic water uses.

Former Use: The property was utilized for manufacturing since as early as the 1950's. Prior to that time, the property was used as a filling station and garage starting as early as 1926.
