Additional Property Attributes

The Old Warrior Motel and the residence are in serious disrepair and in need of cleanup and removal of debris. The buildings currently pose a significant health haxard to tresspassers and vandals who frequent the area. The Tribe intends to conduct lead paint and asbestos abatement and the demolish and remove the debris from the two buildings.

Former Use: The property is two seperate buildings, a motel and a residence which were built in 1962. In 1993 the SRST purchased from Ferdinand Luger, it has been abandoned since 2000.
