Additional Property Attributes

Land is to be redeveloped into a park with fishing access to Spring Creek. Spring Creek is a Blue Ribbon trout stream. This redevelopment ploan will benefit the public and the environment.

Former Use: 1970-1994 Berg Lumber Mill with lumber mill operations, post and pole treatment and storage for equipment. Soil became contaminated with PCP, dioxin and petroleum from use of the property as a lumber mill with wood treating. The previous owner entered bankruptcy in 2002.
