Additional Property Attributes

The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) completed a Phase I Brownfields Targeted Assessment (BTA) at the property in El Dorado, Kansas. Based on the Phase I report, "Recognized Environmental Conditions" (RECs)" were identified as significant potential for contamination due to on site historic and current oil operations, as well as adjoining and upgradient properties' industrial operations. Due to the identified REC, KDHE recommended a Phase II environmental assessment.

Former Use: Land is owned by city of El Dorado. Equipment is owned by Vess Oil Corporation
