Former Use: The site consists of a 2.94acre parcel that was formerly known as the Swede Ready Mix facility. The site was developed from farmland in the 1970s when the ready mix facility was constructed. An environmental emergency incident was called into the MDNR Emergency Response Line on 12-22-2003 to report the spill of approximately 300 gallons of petroleum product on the property which had migrated onto the street and into the adjacent stormwater retention pond. The spill was subsequently remediated but no certificate of completion or no further action letter was issued. The property is not currently utilized and only one small concrete building remains on the property.
