Additional Property Attributes

Property was a former residence and grocery store prior to 1930. In 1959, the store and residence were torn down and the current structure small one story commercial space was constructed. A limited Phase II ESA was conducted on the property in August 2003 due to it's proximity to a former UST site. Groundwater samples were collected and analyzed for BTEX constituents. Field screening detected no VOCs and lab analysis of the groundwater samples detected no BTEX.

Former Use: Former grocery store and residence, turned commercial space.
