Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is occupied by an approximate 4,300 square foot concrete building on a concrete slab with an arched roof. The building is divided into several areas including merchandising, delicatessen, service and storage and utilities. It was constructed in the 1940's and originally served as a sales and service center for farm tractors, implments and automobiles. This property was the Rock Farmer's Co-op. The Co-op actually occupied a much larger tract of land and was located on both the north and south sides of the road. Bert Hansen purchased the property in 1964 and glenn and Lori Hansen purchased the property in 1980.
