Additional Property Attributes

The building has two stories. The building had a new roof put on by the city and is being used for storage and as a haunted house during Halloween. The armory was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The UST was removed 9-20-95. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust abatement.

Former Use: The site is located in NW1/4, NW1/4, SE1/4, Section 15, Township 16N, Range 7W I.M.The property is bordered by Sixth Street on the west, by Admire on the south, by an alley on the east, and by a parking lot and commercial buildings on the north.
