Additional Property Attributes

The building is being used as a community events center and by Ditch Witch for storage. The armory building was cleaned up with State funding through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The UST was removed 10-2-97. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust abatement.

Former Use: The site is in the NE � of the NW � of Section 22, Township 21N, and Range 1W I.M.The Perry Armory is located in southwest Perry with residences immediately to the east across North 14th Street, which runs north and south. Calf Creek runs through the southwest section of the lot.
