Additional Property Attributes

The building is used for Boys and Girls Club of Miami. The UST was removed on 7-13-95. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos and lead-based paint abatement. The redevelopment cost is estimated to be $10,000.

Former Use: The former Miami Armory was built in 1949 and completed in 1957. The land for the building was owned by private land owners and was undeveloped until the armory was built in 1949.
