Property Highlights

This property was used since the early 1900s for the manufacture of potato chips. Based on the brownfields work that was performed,there is a purchase and sales agreement in place at the property. The state performed a hazardous materials survey of the building and we hope that the property purchase will be concluded this year.

Former Use: The property has been in the Croft family for four generations. The lot is currently co-owned by William Croft, Jr. and his sister Wendy Young. The property is a former potato chip manufacturing facility 1905 to 2007. There is a separate residential building and a 9,066 sq ft complex of attached buildings. The condition of the buildings is listed as below average in the Vision Appraisal�s assessment database.
