Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Currently owned by Jordon Heller. Prior ownership back to 1946 was held by Seymour Heller, et all. ASARCO used the property as a depository for fill material and slag. Reports of dumping occurred before the property was fenced. Asbestos from buildings on the property has been removed. In 1995, ASARCO sampled and found elevated levels of lead, cadmium, and arsenic. Property was capped with 1' if clean soil to fullfil requirements of Consent Decree for "Vacant land". A stormwater retention pond is proposed for reuse of the property.
