Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was conducted for the City of Larned to evaluate a property they are acquiring through a settlement agreement to keep medical services in the City of Larned. The facility was proposed to be closed along with the Hospital. The City stepped in to assume ownership and maintain the critical services and jobs for the community. A limited Asbestos Survey was also conducted in conjunction with the Phase I BTA to identify suspected asbestos containing materials ACM, which is required prior to renovation or demolition activities. With exception to the asbestos, no other Recognized Environmental conditions RECs were identified at the property therefore, no further assessment is necessary.

Former Use: Vacant ground until the existing site building was constructed in 2005
