Additional Property Attributes

This TBA included the assessment of multiple parcels. The end use is a bike trail.

Former Use: Consists of two corridors: one runs N/S along BNSF RR Line and the second runs E/W along the N shore of the Snohomish River. in 1859, Euro-American settlers initially occupied the city. RR operation started in 1888. This site occupied the N/S BNSF corridor that is proposed to be incorporated into the centennial. Currently, the river front property is occupied by the City Trail from Kiaha, 79 Park to Cady Park. The Borington Northern - Santa Fe RR is inactie, and the tracks are intermittenly present.
