Additional Property Attributes

The BTA was conducted for the City in response to environmental uncertainties associated with the property. The property has historically been used as a City Hall and Ambulance Garage. As such, a Phase II was initiated. Based on the Phase II investigation, shallow bedrock and insufficient groundwater was encountered. As a results, groundater sampes were not collected for analysis from the site. The potential for shallow groundwater contamination at the site resulting from off-site sources appears unlikely based on the geology and site conditions. No further assessment is being recommended at tis time and the site is cleared for redevelopment.
