Additional Property Attributes

The property has been vacant since approximately 2007, and was utilized as residential property between approximately 1927 and 2007. The following REC was identified for the subject property: the adjoining property to the southwest has been utilized as an automobile garage, service station, and filling station from 1928 through 1997. Automotive upholstery work was conducted at this property in the early 2000's. A Limited Phase II Subsurface Investigation was recommended to determine if any petroleum-impacted soils are present due to the former existence of an automotive repair facility and filling/service station on the adjoining property to the southwest. The perspective purchaser has applied for the City of Springfield HOME loan to redevelop the site for affordable housing.

Former Use: The subject property has been vacant since approximately 2007. The Site was utilized as residential property between approximately 1927 and 2007. An adjoining property to the South has been utilized as an automobile garage, service station, and filling station from approximately 1928 through 1997. This site does not appear in the Missouri Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund Database or the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Tank Databases.
