Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was initially developed in the late 1800s as a paper mill by Niagara Paper Mills, and then was utilized by the New York Cotton Batting Company as a cotton production facility. From the 1920s to 1940, Huston Cold Storage used the property as a cold storage facility. From the 1950s until the late 1990s, White Transportation used the property as a truck terminal. In September 2004, all remaining tractor-trailers were sold at auction. A tributary of Eighteen-mile Creek runs through the western side of the property.
