The Phase II covered a 13-block 43-acre area in historical downtown Santa Fe. The extended Phase II investigation covers an expanded 444-acre area bounded on the north by E San Francisco, on the east by Don Gaspar, on the west by St. Francis south to its intersection with Cerrillos. The area has been impacted by multiple petroleum hydrocarbon plumes.

Former Use: The area consists of many tracts under various ownership in a mostly commercial area.
