1248 Bannock St. is a 4,218 sq. ft. two-story brick building on a 5,210 sq. ft. lot. 1250 Bannock St. is a 7,003 sq. ft. two story building on a 6,000 sq. ft. lot. These two buildings are adjoined. Lead based paint was identified in both buildings. Demolition is planned for these adjoined buildings to make way for the new Clyfford Still Museum. The 30,000 square foot Clyfford Still Museum was founded to promote public and scholarly understanding of the late artist�s work and legacy, through the presentation and preservation of the Clyfford Still and Patricia Still Estate, totaling approximately 2,400 artworks bequeathed to the City of Denver in 2004.
