Additional Property Attributes

BTA conducted for the city of Potwin to evaluate a property that is proposed to be redeveloped as a "City Safety Building." RECs identified as the following: the historical use of the site as a service station and the UST's and hydraulic lifts on the site and the current "monitor" status of the site in the KDHE LUST Trust Fund. No further assessment is warranted at this time through the Brownfields Program due to the current status and regulatory oversight of the site in the KDHE Storage Tank Program.

Former Use: Developed as a service station in the 1920's and used as a service station until 2008.
