Additional Property Attributes

The Brinkley Anderson property is surrounded by commercial properties and multi-family housing at the southeast side of the property. A day care facility is adjacent to the north east corner of the property. Travis County foreclosed the property in 2003 and the new owners are interested in selling the property. Former Use: From 1950-1968, the property operated as a landfill. The property entered the program in 1998 and was purchased at a Travis County Tax Foreclosure sale in 2003.
