Additional Property Attributes

The property is currently being zoned for timber production. The property has never had any structures built on it. It is a Forest.

Former Use: The Site is 298 acres of heavily forested land with several unpaved roads and one paved road Highway 49 which traverses the property. It is located in the Sierra Buttes. No structures are known to occupy the property and no structures were identified during the site reconnaissance. The public is currently allowed to use the hiking trails and unpaved roads that are present on the property for recreational use. Aerial photography and historical topographic maps indicate that the property has been in its current, undeveloped state for decades. The Environmental Professional's opinion is that no REC's were found at the site. It is being purchased by the Sierra County Land Trust.
