Additional Property Attributes

The completed Phase I ESA recommended the completion of a Phase II ESA. All associated RECs were off-site. The Marion Central Corridor Master Plan identified the site within Phase 4 of its redevelopment efforts. The site will become part of a new civic plaza associated with a 10-foot wide recreational trial connecting the area to downtown Marion.

Former Use: Historical records indicate the property was a vacant lot from approximately 1940- 1957. The property contained commercial development from 1958-present.
