Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Review of historical information indicated that parcels 012.000 and 013.000 were occupied by an auto repair shop/service station with an associated UST system. Records indicated that two 1,000-gallon and one 500-gallon tank were located on the subject property. The date the tanks were installed was not determined however, the tanks were reportedly removed between 1987 and 1989. . Records indicated that the on-site structure was built in 1910 and contained a service bay. The property was remodeled in 1988 and has operated as a storage facility for an antique retail business since then. During the Phase I ESA, QORE noted the remnants of a tank island on the southwestern portion of the property. Review of tax records, aerial photographs, and interviews indicated that a structure was built on parcel 014.000 in 1950. The structure was noted in the records up through 1964. Interviews indicated that an auto repair shop was once located on-site. No additional information was obtained regarding practices or time in operation of the auto repair shop.
