Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of three city lots 24,500 sq feet of land. It is located in the NW quarter of section 17, T 2N, and R 7WI. The building has been redeveloped into a state of the art public library. The armory building was cleaned up with State funds through DEQ's Site Cleanup Assistance Program. The UST was removed in 9-24-97. The cleanup date used in ACRES is for the asbestos, lead-based paint, and lead dust abatement.

Former Use: The former Marlow Armory was built in 1936 by the Works Progress Administration. It was used as a National Guard Armory prior to cleanup and redevelopment as a state of the art public library.
