The Phase I ESA did not reveal evidence of any recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property.

Former Use: In 1958, the subject property consisted of vacant and undeveloped native desert land. Between 1958 and 1967, the subject property was cleared and graded, but remained undeveloped. The subject property is currently the eastern portion of a playground associated with the House of Neighborly Service Facilities to the west.
