Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: has a family member tenant that also operates a small construction business from a detached shop building adjacent to a single-family house. No agricultural activities are currently conducted on-site. The Christmas trees located on-site were overgrown. The land appeared to be forested. The Weaver property exhibits significant elevation changes from the southeastern corner down to the northwestern and western borders. Rock Creek crosses the lower elevations of the property. The shop building is used to store equipment related to an excavation business and maintain the equipment. The floor of the shop building had an unpaved gravel surface.
